NewCare Devon is an independent company providing a Domiciliary and Community based care service across much of South and East Devon. Owned and operated by the Newcombe family, NewCare has become one of the largest providers of care in the county. As a major contractor to Devon County Council and Devon Primary Care Trust the company has established a reputation for providing a flexible, high quality and very reliable service to hundreds of clients.

Our service can and does range from the provision of 30 minutes a week to assist with simple household tasks or shopping to 24 hour / day 365 days / week care programmes for people with the most complex needs. Whatever the size or form of the service we provide our philosophy is simple, we aim to provide a personal service that will assist and enable our Clients to live safely and happily in their own homes.
