Devon Independent Care Providers Association - DICPA - is a non-profit organisation established to allow Devon Care Providers to share ideas, views and information on Care provision for the elderly and disabled in Devon.

Our vision is to excel as a care providers association and source of public information, for the benefit of Devon.
